- You can market products and services by choosing from a wide array of niches or markets, choose from the best selling product, choose the products with the highest demand, choose products in season and so on. The list is huge,
Basically, all you are expected to do is to send traffic or potential customers to your website containing your very own special links and you get paid for it.

We can especially recommend to use Google-Ad-Sense for making money with your first website. This is really easy to use, has a very high clickthrough rate and you don’t have to do any investments.
Problem with affiliate marketing is everyone selling the same products.Personally I think it is best if you can come up with a unique niche product.
My favourites are e books on topics I have knowledge in.No need to worry about stock and good profit margins.
Google Adsense is also agreat way to earn income with litle investment( as previous commentator stated)but it requires a huge amount of traffic for a decent income.

In just a few years, blogs have become a phenomenon. This explosive growth raises the question: Should your small business start a blog? I believe you should, if for no other reason than to take advantage of an effective marketing tool.
I don’t know to much about Affiliate Marketing. It sound great to hear the commission between 30-70%. Is affiliate program are the same model with an like property agent business?

If you write reports, ebooks, or even website content, find an affiliate product that is complimentary and recommend it.
The best thing about affiliate marketing is, or should be, that the sales material is available so you just grab and go promote the product. You can concentrate on just promoting the product rather then having to deal with all the idiosyncrasies if you were the vendor.
Affiliate marketing is pretty common nowadays. Many people are gaining income through blogging. And I agree that you need just a small amount of money to start for registering to a domain and pay-for-clicks campaign.
Would like to add another benifit of affliate marketing, we’ll call it #6:
-You can promote a much as 3 products at the same period of time, thus you are not distracted be them and you are giving them your focus, plus you will be making 3 times more money $$
