Affiliate marketing is pretty common nowadays. Many people are gaining income through blogging. And I agree that you need just a small amount of money to start for registering to a domain and pay-for-clicks campaign.

If you write reports, ebooks, or even website content, find an affiliate product that is complimentary and recommend it.

The best thing about affiliate marketing is, or should be, that the sales material is available so you just grab and go promote the product. You can concentrate on just promoting the product rather then having to deal with all the idiosyncrasies if you were the vendor.

I don’t know to much about Affiliate Marketing. It sound great to hear the commission between 30-70%. Is affiliate program are the same model with an like property agent business?

Problem with affiliate marketing is everyone selling the same products.Personally I think it is best if you can come up with a unique niche product.
My favourites are e books on topics I have knowledge in.No need to worry about stock and good profit margins.
Google Adsense is also agreat way to earn income with litle investment( as previous commentator stated)but it requires a huge amount of traffic for a decent income.
